Assistant Business Office Manager - Long Term Care Facility

Grande Pointe Healthcare Community, a premier service provider in the long-term care industry is currently recruiting an Assistant Business Office Manager to join our Business Office Team!

Responsibilities include: managing resident trust fund banking accounts, collections, managing office supplies, and making banking deposits. The qualified candidate must have past experience in Long Term Care with insurance billing experience and knowledge of the Medicare/Medicaid process. Position Requirements
  • MUST have previous insurance billing experience, and previous experience in the business office of a Long Term Care facility.
  • Knowledge of the Medicare/Medicaid process
  • Ability to make independent decisions and problem solve as appropriate.
  • Ability to positively interact with personnel, customers, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
  • Knowledge of and experience with computers and office machines.
