Regional Director of Busines Development for Northeastern Ohio

The CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking a professional with Long Term Care experience, including revenue and census growth, to lead our Northeastern Ohio Marketing and Sales team.

The responsibilities of the Regional Director of Business Development will include:

  • Plan and direct all aspects of organizational business development, policies, objectives and initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.
  • Facilitate and support regional sales and marketing team in developing long-term business strategy.
  • Develop growth strategy based on market research, competitive intelligence and strategic frameworks.
  • Identify and assess new payer markets and analyze business opportunities.
  • Accountable for negotiating contracts, proposals, closing deals, etc.
  • Manage multiple business initiatives.
  • Succeed at revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree required.
  • 10+ years of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience in a healthcare, preferably hospital, environment.
  • Must be experienced in business strategy with the ability to identify and analyze payer market opportunities and develop business plans to address achieving the Company's goals.
  • Proven success in establishing and executing business strategies.
