 Work with the Branch Manager to manage and provide direct supervision to the Loan Officer Assistants with in the branch. 


  • Provides direct supervision to Loan Officer Assistants
  • Manage time sheets, attendance, absences, and vacations for group of Assistants. 
  • Monitor and manage loan distribution amongst assistants in the branch
  • Ensure proper training is maintained and executed
  • Oversee training for new hires
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Help manage the database
  • Order Appraisals and Title
  • Package In
  • Follow up on Loan Officers related closing conditions
  • Coordinate Settlement time and date with borrower and title company
  • Input Loan Applications
  • Interface Credit
  • Automated Underwriting
  • Locking Loans
  • Reviewing HUD-1's with Customer
Position Requirements
  • College Degree or equivalent experience required
  •  Effective time management and priority setting
  • Actively set and meet goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact with branch manager, loan officers, and external parties to resolve problems
  • Computer skills including use of Word and Excel are a must
  • Demonstrate abilities in the areas of multi-tasking, problem solving and analysis
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to excel working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
