Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters, providing responsive customer service to employees. Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents. Manages all benefit related eligibility, processes enrollments/changes/terminations, and manages billing.
