Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:  As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Full cycle Collegiate and Experienced Technology Sales Recruiting.
  • Acting as a PCM Brand Ambassador for all collegiate and experienced technology sales candidates by leading campus recruiting events, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Creating and executing successful recruiting campaigns and content to meet company recruiting goals.
  • Establishing successful relationships with internal clients, vendors, and business partners in an effort to identify the best talent for our organization.
  • Networking with outside sources in the community (business associations, universities, alumni, professional organizations, etc.) to identify top-tier talent.
  • Creating innovative employment advertising campaigns and job fairs to recruit candidates.
  • Actively identify candidates using enabling technologies and web tools, networking, social media, and cold calling.
  • Ensure EEO disposition, salary and hiring guidelines are met and offer packages are in compliance with company guidelines.   
  • Communicating recruiting trends, recruiting metrics, and ROI to Talent Acquisition leadership.
Position Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience gained through internships, participation in collegiate athletics and or campus organizations.
  • Experience working in a metrics driven environment (phone calls, interviews, offers and timeliness goals)
  • Experience building social campaigns utilizing social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tumbler, Instagram, FourSquare etc.).
  • Experience creating Blogs and editorial content.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Availability for limited travel and ability to attend after hour networking events as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
