Description
  • The candidate will be responsible for desktop/laptop PC imaging/configuration/installation/end user training, local and network printer installation and configuration, desktop/laptop PC peripheral installation, asset disposal, desktop/laptop/printer/multifunctional device hardware break-fix.
  • Candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of assigned tickets and activities to include daily reporting on and management of both the PC request and PC/printer hardware break-fix incident ticketing queues to ensure timely response and updates to all requests, manage to expected SLA levels, interface with staff as well as end users of various levels.
  • Conduct monthly Depot inventory reconciliation; follow established policies and procedures for all activities as directed, and other duties as assigned.
  • The candidate should be a fast learner, capable of handling multiple tasks at once, be able to travel between locations as required, have excellent customer facing skills, and professional appearance.
  • A+ certification is required as well as hands on hardware break-fix experience with Dell and Hewlett Packard desktop/laptop computers and Hewlett Packard printers and multi-function devices. 
 
Position Requirements

Experience/Specifications:
• 2-5 years Computer Systems experience
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – 2003 preferred
• Hardware Certifications: A+
•Experience with Dell and HP desktop/laptop
