Web Support Analyst 


Description Position requires individuals with multi-tasking capability and solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with many diverse customers in a professional manner with a high sense of urgency and sensitivity.
Specific skills required are defined below:

• 1+ years application help desk support or customer support experience
• Strong analytical skills required
• Ability to resolve Internet application functionality questions (i.e. how to order a part)
This position will be 2nd shift 3:30-midnight after a month of training on days.  

Position Requirements Ability to diagnose Internet application problems to classify as:
• Application related (bugs)
• Customer PC or browser related
• Network related (connectivity/ performance)
• Access or security related
• Database or data related
• Web Server or operating system related
• Working knowledge of Intel-based personal computers
• Experienced Internet user
• Process orientation a plus
