Responsibilities:

Desktop configuration work in a corporate environment including:

• Desktop deployment

• Application support

• Desktop application and Operating System support

 
Position Requirements

Desired experience:

-- Experience in large scale Windows 7 deployments

-- Experience with complex application environments

-- Experience deploying upgrades using SCCM ZTI

-- In depth knowledge of SCCM Operating System Task Sequences

-- Functional experience with the SCCM console creating collections, queries, advertisements, and task sequences

-- In depth troubleshooting capabilities of operating system upgrades via SCCM

-- Experience as Tier 2 or Tier 3 support in large scale Windows 7 deployments

-- Experience working with desktop technicians in large scale Windows 7 deployments
