Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The project coordinator is responsible IT of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with technicians, team members, and management.

Essential Duties:

  • Resolve issues from Daily Management Report review
  • Ticket Auditing – touch all tickets daily to identify issues such as details being used correctly and proper notes in the details
  • Review issues from ticket auditing with team and Bill Mercer
  • Review daily billing for accuracy of amounts invoiced to Customer and amounts paid to vendors.
  • Close SROs that are left open for partial completions that Chase then opens a new SRO to complete.
  • Review next day’s schedule for SROs not covered
  • CPC check-ins with Chase PM’s and tech.


Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

·         Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and interest
  • Call center experience and/or administrative background is helpful
