Office Manager

Individual will provide direct administrative support to the President of the Company and to Executive Staff as needed; will handle all incoming calls and inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate person within the organization.  Will also meet all visitors to the office including customers, vendors and service personnel.  In addition to handling communications, individual will have full responsibility for maintaining adequate stock of supplies for the office; maintaining all personnel files for the local office; coordination with corporate offices and some support work to the various departments within the organization.


Individual must have a professional and pleasant demeanor and willingness to support multiple responsibilities. Highly organized and efficient with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Understanding of basic office functions and tools including Cisco IP phone systems, online order placement tools and scheduling.  Ability to juggle multiple diverse tasks is a requirement.  Knowledge of MS Word and a basic understanding of Excel is required.
