Successfully meet or exceed Departmental Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. Lead and direct hourly employees in support of departmental goals. Manage headcount template. Coach subordinates in Lean/DMS tools - enforce manufacturing rules. Document and track all manufacturing execution activities. Serve as primary conduit of information to the hourly workforce through start-up meetings. Elevate and track manufacturing concerns and issues. Lead root cause analysis through to completion. Lead management of labour contract through definition of shop rules and interpretation of CAW contract. Own manufacturing and change execution on the floor for cockpit assembly, floor console areas. Support Manufacturing Engineering in headcount reduction initiatives. Payroll and time keeping entries
