Program Management Analyst 

Description Project Manager responsible for Interior products
- Lead cross function team that includes scheduling and conducting regular Product Development Team
- Develop and maintain a project plan to meet customer deliverables and to support Inteva's Product
Development Process
- Lead communication between Inteva manufacturing plants, sales, engineering, & customers regarding project
- Forecast / track performance to project imperatives
Position Requirements REQUIRED
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness skills
- Excellent leadership skills in a team environment
- Knowledge of automotive Interiors products
- Strong problem solving skills

- Understanding of the Inteva's Product Development Process
- Understanding of Inteva's Change Control Process
