Temporary Part Time Human Resources Administrator 


Description - Manage Staffing needs in the plant
- Ensure Inteva Policy compliance
- Work between employees and supervisors/managers resolving problems
- Manage reporting as it relates to Human Resources
- Ensure governmental compliance as it relates to hiring, discharging, and treatment of employees.
- Manage payroll for the hourly workforce.
- Manage employee questions as it relates to benefits, pay, policies, etc.
- Compliance to established Health and Safety guidelines based upon governmental and local Collective bargaining agreement standards.
- Administration of workers compensation program.
- Interpretation and execution of the local collective bargaining agreement.
- Maintain Management- Union relations
- Process Contractual disputes through the collective bargaining procedure.  

Position Requirements Skilled in team Building and in Implementing Employee involvement.
Strong background of comprehension of Union Contracts and management of Union employees.
Strong organization skills
Ability to work with groups of employees
Outstanding Communication Skills
Must have Problem solving, product knowledge and process improvement skills.
Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent experience
