Customer Marketing Manager - Custom Culinary, Inc. 


The Customer Marketing Manager will be charged with creating and executing the customer targeted strategy, building the foundation of operator segment approach across strategic national, regional, industrial, and LLO accounts. 

  • Responsible for all customer interaction as the internal point person for designated national, regional, and industrial accounts.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of new customer acquisition programs designed to broaden customer base
  • Responsible for the development and execution of customer retention and growth plans designed to increase Custom Culinary® presence within current customer base.
  • Develop and nurture excellent cross-functional relationships with Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance, and other business functions in order to effectively and efficiently move the business forward.
  • Align with Sales to develop strategic customer development plans designed to drive profitable growth
  • Work hand in hand with Customer Insight & Interaction Manager to link consumer insights with customer activities
  • Lead the commercialization process inclusive of project qualification, R&D development oversight and direction, pricing, forecasting, demand planning, sales analysis and reporting, and all facets of commercialization.
  • Provide strategic, analytical, and tactical marketing support to customers either directly or via the Segment, Regional, or Field Sales teams
  • This position will drive, enable, and ultimately deliver presentations to customers and other external entities
  • Lead operator interaction plan to increase Custom Culinary®  influence with foodservice operators and to create awareness of and interest in Custom Culinary™ brand and products.  Work with brand management group and the sales organization to translate the awareness and interest into purchase desire and repeated incremental sales for Custom Culinary® product.
  • Responsible for competitive assessment and market intelligence gathering, processing and assimilation.
  • Manages Customer Marketing Potion of Marketing Budget
Position Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years progressively more responsible Foodservice Marketing experience, preferably in Associate, Brand, or Customer Marketing Manager Role
  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Marketing and/or Business;  MBA preferred
  • Extensive and proven knowledge of Foodservice industry specific to Foodservice Marketing (preferably to National and/or Regional Chains)
  • A demonstrated track record of driving exceptional customer results and key deliverables
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional disciplines toward creating operator solutions
