Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant

The Accounts Payable Assistant will lend support in the daily processing, scanning, and filing of invoices.  In addition, he/she may perform additional duties as directed by the Accounting Department.     

 

 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in Accounts Payable required
  • Technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Satisfactory written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Must be available 19 hours/week:  Mon (5 hrs), Tues (5 hrs), Wed (5 hrs), Thurs (4 hrs)
