Primary Job Function: To provide accurate information via the telephone and/or Internet regarding NEFCU's products, services and accounts at the request of the callers/members. Provide all information with enthusiasm, professionalism and efficiency.
The candidate for this opportunity must possess the knowledge to confidently educate our members on NEFCU personal/business products and services; responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
