Telephone Call Center Representative Sales 

  • Provide assistance to customers regarding banking products and e-services.
  • Responsible for answering customer inquiries; ability to effectively resolve customer issues with respect and empathy in a timely manner.
  • Effectively explain bank products and services to customers. Cross sell products and services when appropriate. 
  • Process transactions pertaining to savings accounts, term certificates, checking accounts, loans, and related products and services.
  • Complete account inquiries, address changes, email changes, closing accounts and account maintenance requests directed by customers.
  • Reconcile all transactions on a daily basis – Miser system.
  • Responsible for properly maintaining customer information via computer and all follow-up paperwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

*  Minimum of one year call center and sales experience required

*  Banking experience a plus

*  Professional telephone demeanor and ability to function with minimum supervision

*  Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact, empathy and professionalism

*  Computer-literate; knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is desirable
