Office Aid - Now Hiring 

Description

This position is responsible for assisting with the office clerical duties at our Lexington division. 

This will be accomplished through the following:

  • Provide assistance with filing clinical documentation into both the youth files and foster parent files on a timely basis to improve compliance scores. 
  • Provide clerical assistance to the FDS to enhance the timeliness of the licensure process.  Monitor and communicate the recertification deadline by sending out 90 day letters, printing licenses for signature, creating paperwork packets for new families, and filing and tracking paperwork for potential foster parents. 
  • May assist with clerical needs of the Recruiter for mass mailings and newsletters. 
  • Assist in the preparation of closed files for shipment to the corporate office. 
  • Prepare placement packets and casebooks.
  • Copy and assemble information packets for contracts, placements and discharges. 
 
Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required

Skill Set:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Operate a computer in regards to Microsoft Office and agency database system
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize work

 

The start pay for this position is $8.33/hour.
