Case Aide - Now Hiring 

Description This Case Aide position assists clinical staff with completion of surveys and tools, collect and organize necessary paperwork from foster parents, foster youth and IL youth.Schedule physicals and dentals and other appointments for youth when requested/needed by Family & Youth Specialist (FYS) or IL worker.Report any concerns/ incidents concerning assigned youth or foster parents immediately to clinical staff.Perform other duties as assigned or identified by FYS, FDS and IL staff.This may include, but is not limited to: assisting to collect paperwork to enroll youth in school or a vocational training program; obtaining employment; obtaining an apartment and utilities as needed.Plan schedule with supervisor and document activities on weekly log.Assist with planning and preparation for Divisional trainings, activities and special events.Meet with supervisor a minimum of once a month for staffing.Submit all required reports on time.Assist with preparations for SAFY annual FP conference.  
Position Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent.Assist clinical staff with collection of necessary paperwork for charts and with child welfare foster home inspections. Assist with Divisional training and special event preparation.Provide a positive role model and be 21 years or older. This is an hourly position.
