General Position Summary

To effectively support the Chief Information Officer in day-today operations of the Information Technology Team as required. Provide assistance to other members of the Information Technology Staff as directed.

Major Responsibilities

1.  Define project milestones and develop project dashboards.

2.  Lead project meetings and drive accountability for deliverables; facilitate effective communication between and amongst project team and stakeholders.

3.  Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.

4.  Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve system issues.

5.  Manage project finacials; manage project pilots related to potential new lines of business where IT is enabling technology.

 

 
Position Requirements

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications

1.  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

2.  At least two years managing IT projects.

3.  Demonstrated ability to interface successfully with all levels of the organization.

4.  Ability to balance competing priorities and meet business outcomes

5.  At least five years of overall IT experience.

 

 

Working Conditions

Non-Center Based.  Requires:   the ability to sit at a computer for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping) and travel to Centers (if so, the noise level is moderate and there is potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens).
