Position Summary:

The person in this role, under close supervision, will perform entry level professional duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for professional training in various areas. He or she will also perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports.
  • Ability to coordinate and maintain all project related correspondence.
  • Coordinate with and/or assist professional level employees with responsibilities.
  • Utilize department specific software to complete assignments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in order to gain practical experience and broad exposure to a professional work environment.


Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, customer service, communication, and planning skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, while maintaining relationships and functionality across departments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
