Position Summary:

The HR Project Coordinator will work in collaboration with project stakeholders within Human Resources as well as other areas of MedExpress to define project scope, goals, and deliverables working towards business needs. The HR Project Coordinator will contribute to multipe projects to ensure coordination and implementation align to company goals.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with data gathering and analysis regarding on-going projects.     

  • Administer, track, and report on small projects within the HR department including, but not limited to, data analyzation, preperation of communications, and drafting or editing of Human Resources policies and guidlines.

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements and presentations for on-going projects.

  • Conduct project post-mortems and propose recommendations to identify both successful and unsuccessful portions of the porject..

  • Estimate the specific resources and personnel needed to complete projects ina timely manner.

Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and other Qualifications:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functionally within Human Resources as well as effectivley interact with other departments within MedExpress.
  • Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
  • 1-2 years of human resources or related experience preferred.
  • Asscociate degree or higher in a Human Resources or Business related field preferred.
