Position Summary:

The Performance Development Manager will work to insure process-change communications and learning content are developed with the highest quality and with the appropriate constraints.  This position will  manage the learning development team and processes necessary to delivery effective learning curriculum and performance support materials.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Performance Development process, including a request / project queue process.
  • Recruit and retain an appropriate sized and prepared team to meet demand, and insure team is refreshed and current.
  • Insure content and materials meet quality standards and Measure performance of process, content, team and individual team members.
  • Prepare monthly communication (suitable for public publication) on Group activities.
  • Act as project manager on developing group process and other Development projects and complete special projects as requested.

  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
