RIGHT AT HOME is seeking a motivated individual to join the team in our office. This person will be responsible for handling all administrative duties involved with our office, as well as day to day scheduling of caregivers and clients. The ideal candidate needs to be hard working, well organized, a multi-taker, professional and fun to be around!
· Handling phone calls, dispatching and inter-office computer communications.
· Creating, filing and archiving client and caregiver files.
· Managing the front desk of a business office. Interacting with walk-in customers, potential applicants and business associates.
· Managing and maintaining all office supplies and inventory. Faxing, printing and shipping.
· Assisting with scheduling caregivers with clients and managing day to day staffing.
· Handling periodic “Supervisor On-Call” responsibilities.
