- Meet with patients/clients and their families to develop a proposed plan of care based on needs and budget;
- Oversee Insurance regulations is being followed correctly and timely.
- Must be organized and use time wisely.
- Staff occasional Healthfairs. - Must be compassionate and understanding to all clients needs.
I am seeking an LPN candidate who will travel throughout the North - Central WV and Upper Ohio Valley area to perform client assessments. I would like to find a couple of qualified candidates who live in a wide spread area so that travel is not an issue.
For the right candidate there may be an option for office work as well. Assessment or office positions could work in to full time opportunities.
Duties may include: scheduling, client and caregiver communication, computer skills, client assessment, assistance in hiring caregivers, on call responsibilities, and supervisory visits.
There is a 120 day probationary period.
Assessment only candidates will be paid $70 for an initial visit to a weekly client and $25 for each weekly follow up visit. If multiple clients are obtained mileage will be paid between clients at 25 cents per mile. This is not hands on care. Our client visits are assessments and care management only. Assessments are scheduled by you according to you own scheduling needs.
You must have a home computer to complete the documentation. Fax capability is preferred although you may be able to scan and email documents or fax from the Morgantown or Wheeling office.
