Marketing Coordinator 


Rapidly growing, non-medical home care agency is looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Inside Sales Representative to assist the Director of Marketing in all areas of sales and marketing, coordinate the activities of the marketing team as a whole, and serve as the Inside Sales Representative for the company.

Essential job functions and responsibilities include: 


  1. Handling all phone inquiries from potential clients; scheduling appointments and assessments for the marketing team; maintaining the inside sales database, managing the inside sales process for the company.
  2. Coordinating the activities of the marketing team to ensure that high standards of organization, follow-up and communication are maintained.
  3. Database input of client Plans of Care following assessments.
  4. Creating computer-generated marketing reports.
  5. Performing QA phone calls to clients, and QA visits to client’s homes if needed.
  6. Introducing caregivers in client homes at the start of care.
  7. Preparing for and attending trade shows.
  8. Maintaining client files and other marketing files, both electronic and hard copy.
  9. Preparing and maintaining a supply of printed marketing materials and presentation materials.
  10. Providing administrative and clerical support to the marketing team.
  11. Coordinating special projects and community events.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills, be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some overtime, be able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, possess an upbeat, positive attitude with a proven history of patience, compassion and empathy toward the elderly.  Experience in the health care industry and knowledge of internet marketing is a plus.

High school diploma with at least one (1) year of administrative experience in a related field is required.  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must have a valid driver’s license, use of an insured automobile and be able to pass background and drug screening.

Position Requirements

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability:

The Marketing Coordinator of the company shall be an individual who has (1) year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the health care industry.

Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.

Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.

Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.

Working Conditions/Environment:

Vice President of Operations may assign additional duties as required.
