Right at Home, an individually owned franchise specializing in Senior Care and Assistance , is looking for a part time, long term bookkeeper.The ideal candidate will be Mature, Solid, and Detail-oriented with 3+ years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience and intermediate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and QuickBooks skills. This person will be responsible for Petty Cash, Sales/Use Tax, Federal Tax Credits, Payroll, Billing – oversight, maintain and record business transactions, reconcile credit card and bank accounts, adjusting, closing and Reversing Entries, EFT transactions and Preparing Monthly, Yearly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement).
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Availability:
- Mature, Solid, and Detail-oriented
- 3+ years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience and intermediate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) skills
