The Graphic Designer works within our Creative Department and services the various design needs throughout the agency.  You will create mockups and templates for our new business teams, design campaign creative for marketing programs we are executing, and drive the visual look of our external facing agency collateral.  Your overall mission is to make our design work better and more creatively polished. 

You will provide strong visuals that bring campaign concepts to life during both the mockup and execution stages.  You will take ownership over each piece of work you touch and assure that it is at the highest level of creative integrity.  The Graphic Designer will be responsible for assuring that the designs created are in alignment with client creative and brand positioning. You will be an integral member of the Creative team and contribute greatly to the effectiveness of our social recommendations and implementations.      

This position is based in our LA office, and is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual that wants to design campaigns for major brands and see their work live and in action.   

Position Requirements
  • 2-4 years of professional design work experience 
  • Fluency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Approximately 2 years of either 1) experience at a PR, advertising, digital / new media / social / interactive agency or 2) equivalent design experience within a Fortune 1,000 company
  • Experience designing assets that live in a digital and/or social environment. Understanding of spec requirements and guidelines for Facebook and other social platforms
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.  Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly.  Can do attitude is a must
  • Experience designing PowerPoint and Keynote proposals
  • Passion for social media
  • Creative and passionate thinker – willing to step outside comfort zone, go the extra mile to create designs that tell a stronger story
  • Sincere interest in long term growth and desire to “move up” in a design capacity at Fanscape
  • Video editing capabilities a major plus
