The B2B Digital Marketing Manager supports the social activation (ideation, planning and execution) of 2-3 Fortune 500 B2B brands through online community management, sponsorships and offline marketing events including trade shows.  With the support of a dedicated Strategist and Analytics team, you will be responsible for making your brand’s social properties #1 or #2 in their competitive space in terms of growth, engagement, innovation and quality.  You will provide end to end management of leading social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Quora, Google+, etc., creating content, devising and implementing social promotions, managing outside partners for custom application development and communicating with key bloggers and influencers, ultimately generating awareness, community engagement, and client conversion. You may also support our business development team on prospective client opportunities in terms of ideation, insight and social marketing strategy and planning.



  • Social Strategy & Planning – work with client team or business development team to provide social strategy, ideation, planning, competitive benchmarking, etc. Review ongoing marketing to ensure adherence to client’s social policies and best practices.
  • Content – manage all creative/design for client’s image content and copywriting for the owned social properties managed.
  • Community Management – posting of content, monitoring pages, replying to posts, escalation of customer service issues.
  • Reporting – Produce regular client and internal reports regarding community management performance vs. client benchmarks utilizing Facebook Insights, Radian6 and other key social reporting tools, with support as needed from our Research & Analytics Team.
  • Incentives / Promotions – Implement social property promotions including coupon codes, free merchandise, conduct polls, sweepstakes opportunities, products for review, free samples, etc.
  • 3rd party vendor management – identify and manage outside vendors from concept, through testing and deployment, in areas such as custom Facebook application development, webisode development, customer reviews plug-ins, social CRM and mobile marketing per the needs of each campaign.
  • Paid Social Advertising Consultation and/or Management – advise clients on the optimum social advertising spend on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter including the type of copy, photo, type of ad, duration of campaign and target CPC values to drive growth and engagement, as well as oversee ad building and ongoing optimization.
Position Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of work experience, preferably in a Fortune 500 B2B marketing or corporate communications role or a public relations (PR), advertising, digital promotions, or interactive  / new media agency and/or directly for a B2B facing Fortune 500 brand.
  • A passion and intellectual curiosity for social media, mobile and digital emerging / converging technologies, keeps abreast of the latest industry news, vendors and is savvy on social media marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating with internal staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, in order to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop creative social media strategies and execute new and compelling marketing tactics that resonate with the target audience to achieve our client’s campaign goals.
  • Proven experience interfacing directly with the client via phone or in-person meetings.
  • Ability to approach each marketing campaign with a positive outlook take personal pride in the quality of the work produced.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) to assist with internal and client reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-20% of the time domestically or internationally for billable client work.
