Category Internship
Location Dallas, TX
Full-Time/Part-Time Temporary
Req Number 13-0000241
Description

Are you the last man standing on Words with Friends? Have you been described as a lyrical wordsmith? Do you spend most of your time with two fingers on the pulse of pop culture and five holding tomes of non-teenage, 100% vampire-free fiction? Do you know what “ennui” means? Then you could be the person The Marketing Arm is looking for.

Who We Are

Simply put, TMA is the greatest promotions agency ever built, and we’re not happy yet.  We live in a world of big ideas and jaw-dropping execution. Emotion is our brand, and storytelling our craft. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, where ideas can truly come from anyone, including our clients. We are go-to. We are award hogs with enough Pros, Reggies, ADDYs and Agency-of-the-Year metal to make our reception look like the Iron Throne. We work hard and play harder. We are restless, thick-skinned, and we won’t stop until we can drop the word “promotions” from “greatest promotions agency ever built.”

Who You Are

You’re passionate about your work and commit to whatever it takes to get the job done. You believe the team is stronger than the individual. You have an entrepreneurial spirit.  You look, you learn, you envy and you become better. You’re a big picture thinker who’s courageous enough to pursue your passions.

This is a killer opportunity for a college student who is interested in the marketing field to gain valuable experience. In return, you’ll gain significant work experience with a nationally-recognized, next-generation Promotions agency. Furthermore, an Intern whose performance is deemed “outstanding” may receive additional recommendations from TMA.

What You'll Do

  • Handling all copywriting duties within a group, from advertisements to PoS to product names to presentation decks. You’ll write for it all!
  • Understanding input from Creative Directors and clients, and effectively applying feedback to creative executions.
  • The intern should be available to start working ASAP
