Account Supervisor with Hispanic Marketing Expertise

Cultur8 is a multicultural next-gen promotional marketing agency that specializes in experiential, social, digital, mobile, sports, shopper, entertainment and cause marketing.  As a joint venture between Dieste and The Marketing Arm it is preparing its official agency launch in 2013.  We have an immediate need for an Account Supervisor to join our telecommunications provider account service team!!!

Our Account Supervisor will ensure flawless delivery of agency services, proactively identify and solve client service problems and contribute strategic insights.  In addition to this they will:

  • Contribute to the strategy development process.  Establish measurable objectives and ensure that strategic recommendations are appropriate.
  • Provide clear and thorough direction that facilitates and inspires the development of a concise project brief that drives the creation of each project.
  • Lead team in selling great, brand-building sponsorship programs.  Contribute to the development of quality, innovative activations.
  • Demonstrate passion for and knowledge of marketing industry, specifically integrated sponsorship activation platforms that can include promotions, social, digital, mobile, shopper marketing, experiential and cause components.
  • Work with agency planners to analyze demographic data that impacts sponsorship activation platforms
  • Anticipate and proactively deliver on client’s needs (vs. wants).  Identify strategies to strengthen value of Cultur8 to client.
  • Works with client to develop focused objectives/strategies.
  • Demonstrate “hands on” knowledge of client’s business.
  • Understand the marketing strategy of their brand and role of “below the line” disciplines.
 

Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience within an ad advertising agency
  • Must have Hispanic expert level marketing experience
  • Understanding of “communications category”
  • Knowledge of sports, entertainment and event marketing, and social media
  • Understanding of property assets (media and non-media based)
  • Analytical skills including marketing research, strategy, statistics and financial analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
