POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Executive supports the Account Director and their dedicated Client Services team across their assigned consumer marketing campaigns. He/she serves as a day-to-day contact for clients on all basic campaign needs including digital asset collection, deadline management, quality assurance and weekly reporting compilation, preparation and communication to our clients.  This position works internally with the marketing team to ensure all deadlines are met and work is delivered at the highest quality.  This position reports to and works closely with the Account Director, including assistance with proposals, quotes, contract drafting and signature management, sales forecasting, billing, travel and expense reports. Career path options for this role include promotion to Account Manager and/or Account Director.

 
Position Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree required
  • At least 4+ years of total work experience with 1-2+ years of marketing experience, preferably at an agency
  • At least 1+ year of experience in account management, coordination and support
  • Have worked with/presented to clients and feel comfortable doing so
  • Must have solid understanding of consumer marketing and the social media space to be considered
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to gather client requirements and effectively communicate them to the Project Teams
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure, stay level-headed and meet deadlines
  • Able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Strong and effective decision making skills
  • Proven ability to work in teams effectively
