Marketing Coordinator

It's our mission to make residential bathroom renovation an effortless experience, handling every detail from design and selection of quality products, to demo and installation.
With a vision to be the first - and only - place people go to renovate their bathroom, we are in search of a passionate, highly-organized and innovative marketing coordinator to provide support for a driven marketing team. This position is in a growing, fast-moving, environment. Supporting the marketing manager, you'll be at the heart of driving marketing initiatives for a national franchise system.
This job is full of variety and you'll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the onboarding and approval process for marketing vendors to ensure quality and brand compliance.
· Manage the marketing inbox by providing process guidance, responding to franchise inquiries, and directing requests to the appropriate subject matter experts.
· Maintain and organize marketing materials, reports, and data, ensuring seamless access and functionality of the online marketplace, RB Market.
· Support franchise marketing efforts by coordinating with vendors to manage and distribute marketing collateral.
· Monitor and manage marketing compliance to ensure a consistent customer message and experience is delivered across the network
· Develop and assemble analytical reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing data into graphs and presentations for strategic insights.
· Manage lead routing by assigning unallocated leads to the appropriate territories and resolving lead-related issues in collaboration with the Digital/CRM Team
· Supports communications by drafting and distributing internal e-newsletters, announcements and other communications duties from time to time
· Support marketing initiatives by updating system manuals and franchise marketing guides, assisting with video, print, and promotional projects, and providing training for small groups on marketing programs.
· Occasional social media content or reputation management support
· Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience in a marketing department advertising agency, ideally with a mix of B2B and B2C marketing.
· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage multiple marketing initiatives, and ensure follow-through.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and attention to detail.
· Resourceful, dependable, and proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative.
· Ability to effectively communicate and present to managers, clients, and stakeholders.
· Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports, including statistical insights.
· Experience with graphic design, digital marketing and social media is a plus but not required.
· Experience in a franchise environment is a plus but not required.
