This role involves overseeing all plumbing operations, recruiting, training and managing a team of skilled plumbers, and driving business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the plumbing division, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the plumbing business. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Monitor and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical expertise and support to the team as needed.
