We are currently seeking a Strategic Sales & Partnership Executive.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Channel Partner Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate, improve, and document workflows, tools, and communications used across the shared clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Operations) to streamline internal processes and partner-facing touchpoints.
  • Use data to identify inefficiency and opportunities for automation or enhancement.

Partner Develop New Business and Onboard:

  • Qualify new opportunities to determine client needs.
  • Highlight key advantages and value to our service model.
  • Assist in the smooth onboarding of new shared business with channel partners by coordinating internal resources, ensuring timely setup, and delivering a high-touch experience.
  • Create and maintain partner onboarding documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Ensure new partners are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Client Satisfaction & Retention:

  • Monitor partner health and satisfaction through regular check-ins, surveys, and performance tracking.
  • Proactively address partner concerns, acting as a liaison between the partner and internal teams.
  • Analyze feedback and retention metrics to inform improvement strategies and drive partner loyalty.

Program Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and report on KPIs related to partner onboarding, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

 

The key behaviors / skills required for this role are:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, account management, customer success, or program management, direct experience in Fleet Management is preferred.
  • Strong background in process improvement and stakeholder coordination, LEAN or Six Sigma Training is a Plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PRM platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

 

Education / experience required for this role:

  • Experience working in a B2B Service Models or channel-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with partner enablement tools and strategies.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
