JR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Reports to: Software Development Engineering Manager

 

We seek dynamic and versatile Software Developers or Engineers to join our team.

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing web applications, collaborating with clients on API integrations and deployments. If you are a proactive problem solver passionate about innovation and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, develop, implement, deploy and monitor new software programs and databases.

  • Enhance the performance and functionality of existing software.

  • Conduct testing and maintenance to ensure software optimization and reliability.

  • Evaluate and propose solutions for design challenges, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

  • Investigate, analyze, and correct defects in existing software.

  • Research third-party APIs and software to enhance client operations.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS integration and CloudFormation

  • Collaborate with teams to develop client solutions and gather data.

  • Work closely with Campaign Managers and other internal teams to identify and resolve bugs and enhance our proprietary software.

  • Follow Processes, procedures and documentation using ClickUp and Confluence

  • Take part in quality control tasks such as code reviews, documentation, and peer reviews

  • Perform other duties as required.

 

 
Position Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of software development experience.

  • Experience with Python (1+ years of experience).

  • Huge plus! Hands-on experience with AWS (1+ years of experience).

  • Comprehensive understanding of API integration and deployment using CI/CD

  • Familiarity with usability, user experience and the ability to utilize resources for problem-solving.

  • Experience in JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React.

  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal managerial oversight.

  • Desire to work in an in-person, team-based, open architecture environment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and technical support colleagues.

  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Experience helpful but not required:

  • NodeJS, AI, Customer Experience, Figma, Confluence, Clickup, Github, Twilio, Zapier

Additional Information:
