This position works on diverse architecture projects across market segments and with varying degrees of complexity, applying innovative design concepts and advanced professional knowledge - producing the project deliverables to represent the client objectives that meet Cripe Way Quality control standards. Responsibilities include: • Field work/site inspection and documentation. • Construction Document (CD) lead and production reporting to the PM. • Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) documentation with ability to present to clients and internal team. • Various Construction Administration (CA) tasks as required. Attendance at project kick off, construction progress meetings, etc. as requested. • Develop and serve your client relationships to ensure repeat business and cross selling opportunities. • Coordinates and interacts with team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders as well as external consultants - architects, engineers, and construction managers on projects of varying scope and scale. • Project problem solving/finding solutions. • Regular Quality Control of design and construction documents from production staff.     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Location Indianapolis   This position is currently accepting applications.
