Position Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for sampling, selling, interacting with and engaging customers
  • The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in an independent environment
  • Greets customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  • Works as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
  • Consistently seeks new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
  • Provides recommendations to customers regarding customized holiday gifts
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a high level of service so that customers leave with a positive image of Hickory Farms and our products
  • Ability to interact with customers in an upbeat manner, and process retail transactions
  • Achieves personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
  • Ensures that stock is replenished and displays are neat and organized to encourage sales
  • Performs all other tasks and duties assigned by the Sales Team Leader to support the needs of the business

  • High level of ownership, dependability and initiative with flexible shift availability for the retail environment
 

Location 13118 - Longview Mall  

Salary $7.80 per hour
