Perform receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. Be a part of the team leading the nation in healthcare.   Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred.   Position Requirements Administrative Services Assistant Responsibilities: Courteously greet and direct visitors with a smile. Operate telephone system and train others for relief purposes. Process incoming and outgoing calls; take messages. Handle and sort incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail. Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries. Maintain staff directories and manuals. Maintain building files and records. File and copy documents as needed. Type correspondence.   Experience: Experience in Assisted Living facility preferred. Proficient PC skills, minimum 40 WPM. Microsoft Word a must. Microsoft Excel desired, working knowledge of copy machine, fax machine, and laser printers. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Ability to operate switchboard, previous experience with multi-line system   Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing Ability to move freely throughout building **Must be available to work every other weekend. Will be scheduled every other Saturday/Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm, when not working the weekend will be scheduled to work Thursday/Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
