If affiliated or endorsed by a denomination or faith group must be in good standing with said group, as evidenced by a certificate of ordination or certification. Qualifications Ability to develop and maintain rapport with caregiver and patients. Demonstrated experience in working with patients and caregivers coping with terminal illness and death. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities. Knowledge of Hospice philosophy/palliative care and Medicare Hospice benefit rules & regulations.   Sign-on Bonus None Specified  Description HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Responsible to provide spiritual support to clients, families, and the hospice staff via phone contact, home visits and referrals to the client/family, local clergy. Assists with memorial services and activiites relating to spiritual and religious issues of client, family and interdisciplinary team.
