As a customer service representative at Ranew’s you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our major customers. You will work in a high paced environment and need to possess the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate efficiently and effectively while driving action within the organization. This is a key role within the company, assuring that we understand our customers’ requirements and enabling our operations teams to exceed those expectations. Location: Thomaston, GA Salary: $14 - $16 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift) Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift Benefits: Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service for all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and processes. Manage all aspects of customer orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion. Ensure production schedules align with customer priorities. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns or issues. Work internally to ensure that actions are taken to satisfy requests made by the customer. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
