A maintenance technician performs maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment and machinery. The maintenance technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. They must work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain buildings, common areas and equipment in the best possible condition. Location: Allison, IA Salary: $24 - $32 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift) Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift Benefits: Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications: Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and all other jobs required to keep the equipment functioning properly. Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
