We are seeking a Frontend Developer to support the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Program at USCIS. The ICAM Program deploys agile development strategies during the development, testing, and Quality Assurance process to provide the highest quality ICAM solutions to its USCIS and other Government business owners. Position Responsibilities: Participate as a developer on an agile development team of 6-10 people, delivering high quality mission critical applications using modern application frameworks, cloud services, and DevSecOps pipelines. Workwith developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. Work with UI/UX team members to develop effective and efficient user experiences for end users. Develop and deploy performant web applications in modern frameworks. Periodically provide on-call help desk support for production application. Participate in full scrum lifecycle processes including sprint planning, user story estimation, backlog grooming, and demonstration of functionality at sprint reviews.   Position Requirements Position Requirements: US Citizenship.  Bachelor's degree. 5 years relevant experience working with Angular in professional environment. Demonstrate experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices. Experience working with DevSecOps or CI/CD. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, also Azure). Experience with tools such as Gradle, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, MySQL/Oracle, Tomcat, VSCode, etc. Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 Vaccination or have accommodation documents completed by the date of hire to be considered.  Proof of vaccination is required.   We believe in taking care of our employees.
