Currently offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus!  HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. The Nurse Manager - Wellness Director ensures the delivery of high quality resident services that meet the health and daily living service needs and desires of residents and their families. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. As the Wellness Director, you are a member and coordinator of the Wellness Services Team. Maintain on-going communication and coordinate care with advisory physicians, pharmacies, labs, home health, and other service providers to ensure resident needs are met. Manage medication system and ensure accurate resident medication administration. Manage and review nursing and caregiver staff performance. Implement nursing policies and procedures. Set nursing protocols at the facility level as needed. Provide in-service training to staff on assessments, treatments, and nursing care.
