Quality Assurance (QA) - This licensed RN is designated to act as the QA and is responsible for collecting, trending, analyzing and reporting data. Based on data and/or outcomes the QA in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team and/or QA and Performance Improvement Committee develop and implement performance improvement plans. Staff Development - This licensed RN is responsible to assess the training needs of the nursing staff to develop, implement, evaluate and document staff developmnet programs for nursing department personnel. Five years as an RN with two years supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Qualified candidates should submit a completed application and resume.
