Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.   Description Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Encourage and perpetuate a culture of TEAMWORK, safety and respect for every employee. Apply and adhere to Company Policies and SOPs, HIPAA and OSHA requirements and processes that allow for the delivery of quality services to internal and external customers. Adhere to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines as outlined in IMA’s Affirmative Action Program. Observe and uphold a standard of absolute confidentiality regarding the personal information of IMA’s clients, and all corporate data which may be disclosed as a necessary part of the employee’s work function. Respond to all inquiries from NYS Disability office within a 24 hr. time period. Provide appointment information to NYS Disability office. Liasion between IMA and NYS office of Disability. Investigate potential “problem” cases for NYS office of Disability. Schedule all Fraud appointments with specified AMRO at the NYS Disability office. Handle overflow calls as needed and help out with difficult calls from the NYS Disability office. Run the resubmittal report and distribute to schedulers daily. Maintain effective communication with office staff, clients and their recipients. Perform other related duties as assigned.
