Meaningful work to be done Kovach is looking for experienced Metal/Glazing Shop Fabricators to perform a variety of metal fabrication and assembly activities. This includes cutting, shearing, bending, drilling, punching, grinding, cleaning, assembly, glazing and crating of parts for various commercial construction projects. All Shop Fabricators and Assembler positions will receive initial hands- on training to determine what role you do best. What you bring No experience required, but we prefer candidates who have experience in the glass/glazing and sheet metal fabrication industry Exemplary problem-solving abilities, adaptability, innovative, self-motivated, quality driven, safety driven, safety conscious around machinery Must ensure quality control standards Need to understand units of measure, perform basic mathematical equations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication), and use a tape measure and power tools.
