Share Email Opening Title Baker Assistant/Cake Depositor   Description Part-time or Full-time Early riser? Full-time position five days a week, Monday through Friday, 4 AM to 12 PM. OR Part-time position five days a week, Monday through Friday, 4 AM to 9 AM. No weekends, closed holidays and Sundays! Primary Function: * Operating our automatic batter depositor for high volume cake production * Cooking custard and chocolate syrup in a 140qt. steam kettle Other Responsibilities: * Completing morning preparations for production * Assisting in operation of the rotary and rack ovens Education/Certification Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Baking/Pastry Arts Degree helpful Production Experience preferred Must pass background and drug screen Competencies: * Basic Math Skills * Multi-Tasking * Attention to Detail and Presentation * Trouble Shooting Physical Demands: * Carrying Up to 100 pounds * Climbing, Crouching, Kneeling, Hearing, Reaching, Talking, Walking * Lifting Up to 100 pounds * Pulling/pushing Up to 250 pounds * Standing 8+hrs. Per shift Equipment Used: Use of rotary oven, rack oven, proofer, pan washer, 140 quart mixers, 140 quart steam cooking kettle, digital scale, scrapers, scoops, and pans.
