We are actively recruiting qualified candidates to join our team! Position Description: The Skilled Laborer/Driver position is a highly versatile repair and maintenance position. ABCO services large commercial facilities such as malls, big-box stores, pharmacies, and many more locations around the tri-state area, The laborer is responsible for completing construction repairs for these facilities. Depending upon the size of the job, the laborer may work in teams or go out individually. All laborers will be in constant communication with field supervisors and project managers to ensure quality of work. This is not seasonal work. Please note: ABCO Maintenance HQ is located in Staten Island, NY. All interviews take place at this facility.   Position Requirements Must have construction experience in multiple skilled trades Commercial labor experience preferred but not required Must be able to do heavy lifting and pick/place materials Must be able to load and unload materials to and from company vehicles Manual labor is required Must complete service reports Must company with all company rules and procedures Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices Must have clean and valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving record Must be available either day and/or night This is a full-time position Responsibilities are not limited to those listed here.
