Describe the role in non-technical terms:
As a Senior Software Engineer, the candidate should develop high-quality software, identifies and executes tasks in the software development life cycle, reviews and debugs code, collaborates with internal teams, and ensures software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.
SSE should have ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. SSE will work closely with Solution Lead and Product Owner to convert functional requirement to technical requirement and will be reporting to Engineering Manager.
What problems will this person solve in the first 90 days?
As a SSE, candidate should achieve fair understanding of the application, organization process related to application life cycle, identify application stakeholders, and must deliver quality code in at least one functional epic or technical epic
